House Rules

*Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated area away from the door. If there is any evidence of smoking (including smell) you will be assessed a fine.

*Please be respectful of others on property and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm-9am. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund.

*A phone number of a guest actually staying on property must be provided.

*Guest count MUST be accurate for liability and legal reasons- Arlington Law mandates a maximum of 4 people. It includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it and any guests that may stop by. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED! A fine of $150 per person will be assessed for violating this house rule.

*You may only utilize a maximum of 2 parking spots without permission.

*Please no parties, social gatherings or events of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be assessed a fine.

*Due to Arlington Law- THERE IS NO CONGREGATING outside after 10pm. Sorry- this is the law!

*Please dispose of trash in the dumpsterg

*No Unauthorized pets. A fine will be assessed for any unauthorized pets. To avoid misunderstanding please advise of any service animals. TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES IF BRINGING YOUR FURBABY- please ensure all fees are paid before checking in. Thank you!

The space
Spacious 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Enter into the Living Room equipped with a large comfortable couch with a 55" TV that has netflix and streaming cable.

The great room leads into a generous dining table and kitchen with gorgeous white granite countertops. All the basics are provided to get your day going including coffee, creamer sugar and oatmeal. A full stove and fridge means you can cook any meal or store that takeout. A dishwasher means hassle free dishes.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and dresser so you can unpack and relax. Enjoy a 32" TV to catch up on your favorite show in bed.

A beautiful bathroom with a tub/shower lets you get ready for the day with ease!

3 Large closets means you aren't tripping over your luggage the entire time- one in the Living room, one in the hall and a massive one in the bedroom. The bedroom closet now has a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience! (Updated pictures coming).

We take cleaning and your comfort very seriously, exceeding the COVID recommendations. Touchless entry with an app or use a keypad with a unique code! Check out our other reviews to see the quality that we put it into our customer service and entire business!

PET POLICY: If bringing your fur baby please note our pet policy. There is a $25 per night per pet fee with a minimum of $45 and maximum charged of $250 per pet per month. (So for one pet 1 night-$45, 2 night- $50, and $25 thereafter capping at $250 per Month per pet)PLEASE NOTE this is above your reservation cost.

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario.

Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dogs barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and will bark.

Please pickup your pets waste and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times.

Neighborhood overview
Very Aptly named the entertainment capital of Texas, Arlington boasts a plethora of things to do- 6 flags, cowboys stadium, globe life field and park, Ripley's believe it or not, the list goes on and on. Right in between Fort Worth and Dallas you can sight see everything in the DFW metroplex or be in a convenient location for business. We are located literally across from a Cowboys Stadium Parking lot. We just completely remodeled this complex so you are sure to have everything you need.
