The space
A Spacious two bedroom townhome in a quiet neighborhood. The views of downtown outside of the neighborhood are stunning! Walk to a park, a restaurant or .8 miles from the museums! (DMA at night is awesome!).

We take lots of pride in our properties and customer service (check out our reviews!). Cleanliness and excellence is of utmost importance to us. This unit is sanitized with an electrostatic cleaner which disinfects every surface and wraps around objects- couches, doorknobs etc.

PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $75 for their entire stay. This fee will be added to your reservation in the nightly fee amount. Maximum 2 pets, please.

Please pickup your pets waste, there is a fine for any waste left in the yard. We request all pets not get on furniture. If your stay requires extensive additional cleaning you are responsible for the cost.

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions.
